The APA commissioned economic consultants, Nous Group, to conduct a comprehensive review of the economics of physiotherapy service provision. The report analyses the drivers of practice sustainability, including costs of service provision, workforce needs, and the value delivered to clients. It identifies an indicative value-based hourly rate and considers loadings for experience, education and regional, rural and remote services.
