Board of Directors nominations

APA Board of Directors nominations

The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) is calling for nominations for two (2) Member Director vacancies on its Board of Directors.

As a collective, the current APA Board is strong, united, positive and forward thinking. Board Director vacancies provide a great opportunity for a Board to assess their skill set and determine a preference for future Directors.

The successful nominee will bring a willingness to undertake the AICD Company Directors Course and devote appropriate time to governing the APA.

We can assure members that all Directors strive to meet the objectives of the APA via the agreed strategic plan, in line with contemporary governance practices.

The Board actively support and endorse current Director, Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist Melissa McConaghy, FACP, GAICD. for another term on the Board.

Nominations open on 22 September 2025. The closing date for nominations is Monday 13 October 2025 at 5.00pm (AEDT).
