Exploring barriers and positive experiences of elite LGBTQIA+ athletes

In this webinar, Kalinda will share insights from her own experiences and the stories she has encountered, including her interactions with physiotherapists and soigneurs. She will also discuss practical strategies that physiotherapists can use to provide inclusive, supportive care for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Kalinda Robinson is a retired elite track sprint cyclist, competing for the Australian Institute of Sport and the Queensland Academy of Sport. Since being named an International Olympic Committee Young Leader, she has been actively advocating for inclusion and diversity, and is a key driver of the AIS Thrive with Pride program.
