I had been in private practice for 15 years, before jumping into the world of Public Health in October 2020. I have the exciting job of developing Men's Heath Physiotherapy in the Western Sydney Local Health District. It's the first Men's Health Physiotherapy position offered in NSW. I bring 10 years of interest in pelvic pain and 7 years of experience in prostate cancer management and general male incontinence to this role. The scope for development are far reaching. I am working closely with radiation oncologists on furthering the understanding of the effects of radiation on continence; working in collaboration with respiratory physiotherapists; using exercise prescription with patients on hormone therapy and involved with a urological study for post prostatectomy patients.
