Use the 'Forgot your password' link to reset your password. Make sure you use the email linked to your APA membership as your username.

All APA members get access to a personal member dashboard that can be accessed through our website. Within this dashboard you can:

• update your payment, personal or workplace details
• opt in or out of Find a Physio and Healthshare
• view and download your membership certificate
• insured members can download the evidence of insurance and insurance schedule
• view and download your invoices
• keep an eye on PD in your area
• manage your communication preferences.

You can access your dashboard by logging into the APA website, use the profile drop down and select 'Dashboard'.

Log in to your APA account. Located in the menu at the top of the page, use the drop down where your name appears and select 'Dashboard'.

You can update your personal details from the dashboard. Click on “Account” on the side bar to see the various sections you can view and update.

After updating your information click 'submit' to confirm the change.

Your email address and education information cannot be updated through the dashboard. If you need to update these details, please contact our the APA Member Support team.

Find a Physio is the APA’s public directory that helps potential patients find APA member physiotherapists. Eligible members can opt in and manage their listing through their member dashboard.

HealthShare is an external healthcare directory used by referrers and patients. Eligible members can opt in via their member dashboard to increase their professional visibility.
