The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) welcomes complaints and feedback from APA members and the public about the services the APA provides.

APA Complaints and Feedback Policy

Please read the APA Complaints and Feedback Policy before you submit a complaint. There is also a flowchart that sets out our process for managing complaints.

The purpose of the Policy is to set out the process by which the APA manages complaints, in a timely, fair and impartial manner. The Policy also explains our process for receiving feedback.
