General membership of the APA is for registered physiotherapists and includes options for experienced physiotherapists, physiotherapists with non-practising registration, as well as retired physiotherapists. Discounted membership options are also available for experienced physiotherapists on work breaks.

For recent graduates with up to four years experience after graduation.

For physiotherapists on parental leave, working overseas or studying a postgraduate degree.


Non-practising or retired

For non-practising and retired physiotherapists.
