Hamstring injuries in high-speed running

This lecture will explore injuries to the hamstring in relation to high-speed running. Some topics covered include: Hamstring anatomy, injury location and implications for recovery and prognosis, hamstring biomechanics in sprinting, strength testing, rehabilitation planning and return-to-play.

Brice is a Registrar in the Sport and Exercise Specialisation training program, APA Titled Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist and a Registered member of the International Federation of Sports Physical Therapy. He has experiencing working in professional sport and a particular interest in the management of injuries in high-speed running.
