Management of musculoskeletal conditions in esports, and implications for office workers

Video games are getting popular, whether you like it or not! Despite not being as physical as traditional sports, musculoskeletal injuries do occur, can be managed and can be prevented. The video gaming platform (e.g. PC, console, phone) and genre (FPS, MOBA, RTS, MMORPG) also matters - if those acronyms are foreign to you, then you can learn about them! Insights from these populations also allow us to better manage patients from office work backgrounds given the common use of computers, laptops, tablets and phones. Come along and improve your skills in helping these populations as a physiotherapist!
