Privacy and security for patient records, and AI.

Are you doing everything you can to keep your patient data secure? Are your security practices up to date? And where does AI fit into all of this? It's the hot topic of the moment, but is it secure enough to use in your physio clinic? As best practices are constantly changing and evolving, digital security is a subject that's always worth a refresher.
In this talk, Cliniko founder Joel Friedlaender will take you through a series of practical steps you can implement to safeguard your digital patient records. You'll come away from the session with tips on how to enhance your security, some common mistakes people make, and how to avoid being the target of a cyber-attack. You might not be using your pet's name as a password, but there's more to digital security than that!

With nearly 15 years of experience developing software for healthcare businesses, Joel knows what he's talking about and has a wealth of knowledge to share. If chatting about security sounds important but maybe not the most exciting topic . . . well, possibly you're right, but Joel will do his best to keep it entertaining for you.
