George Condous


George Condous is Director of OMNI Ultrasound & Gynaecological Care having opened the first of four women's ultrasound specialist centres in 2007 in the lower North Shore. OMNI now has four centres of excellence across Sydney including St Leonards, City CBD, Dee Why and Penrith. He is a world leader in the field of non-invasive diagnosis of endometriosis using imaging, has edited five books including the “How to Perform Ultrasonography in Endometriosis” (this has been translated into Mandarin and Spanish) and published over 300 papers in international peer-reviewed journals. He is Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sydney Medical School, Nepean, University of Sydney where he is the current Head of Discipline. He is also the current Head of Gynaecology at Nepean Hospital as well as Head of Gynaecological Robotic Surgery at Nepean Hospital.
