The Australian Ballet's Body Image and Disordered Eating Guidelines

The Australian Ballet, in collaboration with the National Eating Disorders Collaboration (NEDC), has designed and implemented their body image and disordered eating guidelines for the prevention & management of body image issues, disordered eating & eating disorders. These health issues are common in dance and other aesthetic sports and can lead to serious health concerns and can impact performance. The guidelines are very practical and can be applied to other cohorts other than ballet companies.
