Central sensitisation - what it is & what it isn't

In this session, Jack Behne will discuss current thinking around central sensitisation and how it may (or may not) relate to different pain states, as well as providing insight into the clinical assessment and treatment of an overprotective pain system.

Jack Behne


Jack is a titled Pain Physiotherapist and senior clinician at the Barbara Walker Centre for Pain Management at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Jack completed his Masters in Science of Medicine (Pain) at Sydney University in 2018 and has extensive experience working with people with complex and persistent painconditions in private practice, public and private hospitals.
