Jonathon Broman

Jonathon Broman (B Physiotherapy) is a senior physiotherapist working in the return to work space at AEP Health Group. Jonathon graduated in 2017 from the University of South Australia and has recently joined the OHPA SA Committee. Jonathon has a passion for assisting injured workers to understand their injury, recover function, and return to meaningful work. He has seen firsthand how helpful a timely Workplace Visit (PT216) can be for understanding a person's job tasks and determining appropriate treatment needs to assist in the worker's recovery. He is excited to share some of his learnings on how to get the most out of a workplace visit.

Martin Van Der Linden

Martin van der Linden, as manager of CHG's allied health team, is responsible for physiotherapists and occupational therapists across the CHG business. He has coordinated the development and implementation of a wide range of injury prevention programs with local and national employers, including the completion of over 100,000 pre employment functional assessments. Martin has maintained a strong involvement in the Australian Physiotherapy Association for many years, through numerous roles within the Occupational Health Physiotherapy group and as a member of the SA Branch council, and past president of the SA Branch of the APA and chair of the APA compensable bodies committee. This involvement has given him an understanding of the diversity of health services provided within the occupational health environment and the necessity for high quality, evidence based practice. His involvement in the development of the Return To Work SA “Clinical framework for the delivery of health services to injured workers” has provided him with a strong understanding of the principles that need to guide this quality practice. As an Accredited Medical Expert Provider to Return To Work SA, Martin has a detailed working knowledge of management of injured workers within the SA Worker's Compensation system.
