This session aims to enhance understanding of eating disorders, including their causes, signs, and potential impacts on individuals' health and well-being.

Using an evidence-based framework, Sally helps individuals who are living with Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Bulimia Nervosa (BN), Binge-eating Disorder (BED) and Other Specific Feeding & Eating Disorders (OSFED), Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), disordered and excessive exercise outside the context of a diagnosed eating disorder.
