Evidence-based, independent reports: Documenting the case for aquatic physiotherapy in the 'NDIS 3.0' era

Julie will address the impact on NDIS physiotherapy reporting of the 'NDIS:Getting the NDIS back on track' legislation (Oct 2024) – and as far as feasible, the impact of the 'National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026'.

She will explain how physios must adapt their report structure, focus and presentation, to best provide an independent assessment for NDIA planners of the need for and value of aquatic physiotherapy for a participant. While using aquatic physio examples, the presentation will benefit all physios providing NDIS therapeutic supports.

She will explain how physiotherapists must adapt their report structure, areas of focus and presentation, to best provide an independent assessment for NDIA planners of the need for and value of aquatic physiotherapy for a participant. While using aquatic physiotherapy examples, her guidance will benefit all physiotherapists providing or planning to provide NDIS-funded therapeutic support.
