David Munro

Dr David Munro is a physiotherapist with nearly 30 year's experience who also holds a PhD from Monash University. He is an ImPACT accredited concussion trained practitioner working closely in the concussion space for over 10 years. In addition to being a Private Practitioner, David has been the Head Physiotherapist at The National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) situated in Melbourne for the last 21 years and helped develop the first concussion protocol for circus artists used globally. David consults regularly with a number of Melbourne based sporting leagues and schools facilitating education sessions and concussion protocol development utilising the latest evidence-based research data.

Holly McEldrew

Holly completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy before going on to complete her Master of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy. Since graduating, she has built her career across private practice, high-performance sport, elite sporting environments and physiotherapy education, with a particular interest in lower limb injuries, rehabilitation and working with adolescent athletes.
Holly currently works as a physiotherapist at RADcentre in Ballarat, a high-performance facility working with athletes across a range of sports, as well as a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist with the Western Bulldogs AFLW program. She has also worked across AFL, AFLW, VFL, the Coates Talent League and national-level junior sport, along with international experience at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Centre in Colorado Springs.
Alongside her clinical work, Holly currently teaches Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology within the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program at Australian Catholic University (ACU). She particularly enjoys working with students and sharing the practical clinical reasoning and experiences she has developed throughout her own career.
Holly is particularly passionate about the journey from university into sports physiotherapy and the reality of building a career in the industry. She enjoys sharing the lessons she has learnt along the way — including some of the things she wishes she had known as a student — and hopes to give students a realistic insight into working in sport and finding their own pathway within physiotherapy.
