2023 Tasmanian Summer Breakfast

Join us for the annual Tasmanian Summer Breakfast.

The Breakfast event offers an unmissable opportunity to engage with your peers and colleagues while enjoying breakfast.

Our keynote speaker this year, Hanny Allston, will be presenting ‘Deviating away from the mainstream – how to periodise ‘life' to maximise potential'.

We live in a culture where continuous improvement is frequently strived for, and almost expected. However, how often do we pause and ask the all-important question, ‘at what cost?'

Hanny Allston has been to the pinnacle of international sport and also in business, and knows first-hand the cost that the continuous pursuit of performance can come at. Today, Hanny draws from her personal experience as an athlete, elite coach, businesswoman and now mother to share her views on a different pathway to maximising potential, one suitable to elite athletes through to each and every one of us.

Hanny's presentation, how to periodise ‘life' to maximise potential, will help you to reflect on your own pursuits and provide another lens for patient care.
