The APA’s extensive professional development offering caters to a wide range of interests and skill levels to help you move forward in your career and expand your knowledge in many different fields.
There are over 370 events held across the country each year, including courses, lectures, workshops, dinners, forums and conferences. If you prefer online study, cpd4physios has over 400 courses to choose from.
As an APA member, you're able to access discounted rates on all APA professional development. You’ll also benefit from 10 free eTalks each year, the ability to have input into your own learning and the opportunity to become a titled physiotherapist or fellow of the Australian College of Physiotherapists (ACP).
And from 2026, APA members receive even more value through the ACP. All College Knowledge Exchange (CKE) sessions are now free for APA members, giving you direct access to insights from College Fellows and the opportunity to participate in rich, live peer‑to‑peer discussion and Q&A. After each event, you’ll also enjoy free ongoing access to CKE session recordings through the ACP page on cpd4physios, ensuring you can revisit and deepen your learning anytime. Please note that prior sessions remain complimentary for ACP members and can be found on the ACP member benefits page.
