Milestone 4: Specialisation
The Australian College of Physiotherapists offers two Milestone 4 pathways:
- Specialisation Training Program (STP).
- Specialist Research Physiotherapist (SRP) Pathways:
- Distinguished Pathway
- Portfolio Pathway
Satisfactory completion of either Specialisation pathway results in the protected title of Specialist Physiotherapist.
The ACP is currently in the process of enhancing the STP to meet the accreditation standards set by the Australian Physiotherapy Council. Working towards accreditation of the STP will strengthen the ACP’s educational offerings by providing external validation as to the program’s quality, further supporting the ACP's commitment to recognition for our Specialist Physiotherapists.
