Introducing APASC25 – Lead the physiotherapy evolution

The Australian Physiotherapy Association is excited to announce APASC25 – the Australian Physiotherapy Association Scientific Conference 2025. Embrace the theme 'Lead the Physiotherapy Evolution' and join us as we explore the progression of physiotherapy. 

Experience the latest in research, technological innovation, evidence-based clinical practice, and the social change that drives enhanced patient care at the state-of-the-art Adelaide Convention Centre. Mark your calendar for Thursday 23 October to Saturday 25 October 2025.

As we look forward to hosting our scientific conference, we are also pleased to introduce a new event name for the APA's renowned and respected Scientific Conference. The new name, APASC, will carry-forth to every APA scientific conference, ensuring a strong and recognisable name for future events in the years ahead. 

In 2025, we celebrate a profession that never stands still and takes pride in spearheading advancement in allied health. Join us at APASC25 to lead the physiotherapy evolution and discover the astounding innovation that drives the profession forward.

FOCUS24 - The business of physiotherapy

Crown PerthThank you to all who attended FOCUS24 at Crown in Perth on 31 October to 2 November. 

FOCUS24 hosted a record number of delegates, welcoming over 580 attendees. Delegates had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the city’s vibrant offerings, the Swan River and a plethora of internationally acclaimed bars and restaurants. With our sights firmly fixed on the betterment of our profession, FOCUS24 was all about the business of physiotherapy. It provided an extensive program for everyone, whether you were an educator, in leadership, ran a practice or provided support to the profession. FOCUS24 offered the opportunity to experience leading edge speakers, sessions and networking events to assist APA members to be best prepared to meet the demands for what the future of physiotherapy holds.
