Grandfathering Pathway
This pathway is only open to three fields of practice.
Fields of practice
The following fields of practice are continuing to be grandfathered:
- Cancer
- Palliative Care
- Lymphoedema
Eligibility
- Current Ahpra registration without restrictions
- Current membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
- Current membership of the National Group to which you are applying for Titling
- Minimum continuous practice area experience requirements
- Minimum recency of practice requirements
- 30 hours CPD in your selected practice area within the past three (3) years

How to apply
- Submit the ACP CPCL Grandfathered Titling Application Form (DOCX)
- Complete and submit the application payment form (PDF)
Note: applications will not be processed during the annual blackout period of 1 December – 31 January.
