In this 1-hour webinar, Ryan Jeffries, Director of PhysioFit Adelaide, shares how they've successfully integrated Boost anti-gravity treadmills across two of their clinics. Ryan will discuss how this technology has helped attract new clients, increase revenue, and present real-world case studies highlighting best-practice approaches for treating lower-limb injuries.

Best evidence, best physiotherapy, best outcomes
This evening event will share the results of a 6 year intensive research programme defining best practice for common musculoskeletal conditions. After a project overview (Dylan Morrissey), the detail of how to best treat lateral elbow tendinopathy (Phil Newman), patellofemoral pain (Bradley Neal), plantar heel pain (Matt Cotchett), gluteal tendinopathy (Angie Fearon) and rotator cuff tendinopathy (DM), will be presented. There will be ample time for questions, challenges and suggestions.
As part of this event we will invite you to join a learning community with the mission to translate these research findings into everyday clinical practice.
Professor Dylan Morrissey leads an international team who have developed a method for combining best evidence to inform best physiotherapy and ensure the best outcomes for people with musculoskeletal conditions. They have published the first two guides for patellofemoral and plantar heel pain, (ref, ref) and won the PPEF silver jubilee award of ~$1.5m to produce 6 more. The guides for gluteal, rotator cuff and lateral elbow tendinopathy are nearing completion with lumbar radiculopathy and acute lateral ankle sprain well underway.
The method combines a detailed systematic review of high quality RCTs for all possible interventions, alongside qualitative elicitation of experts' clinical reasoning and patient's perspectives to provide detailed guides to practice that consider the three pillars of evidence based practice. The guides have been presented, and very well received, in 6 countries in 2025 and are being presented in Australia for the first time soon after Easter 2026.
The Pain Physiotherapy Level 1 course outlines the key principles of Pain and Pain Management which can be immediately transferred to practice. This course presents this foundational knowledge to support physiotherapists who are new, recently graduated or experienced (across all the different disciplines) and are looking to expand, refresh and better integrate their knowledge in the area of pain physiotherapy.
The aims of this course is to:
1. Understand the burden of pain throughout society
2. Develop a biopsychosocial model for the assessment and management of pain
3. Be able to understand the need for a person-centred approach to pain assessment and management
